The Faults of the Human Thought

I was surfing the internet and came across a certain article. It was about the faults in the Human thought process. I read the top 10. I was amused. It is funny how common these faults are in the everyday life. I myself have observed them thousands of times, also tried to analyse them. But when I tried to tell about that to someone, people used to say, "Ugach kahipan badbad karu nakos!" (Don't blabber anything). So I stopped trying to discuss it with anyone.

Today I read this article, also had my own blog going and so decided to put it here. When I read the topic name "Top 10 Common Faults In Human Thought", I felt that this is something interesting. Something new! But no! Surprisingly, I have come across every single fault posted in this article. The only thing I dint know, were the official names of the faults (I dint even know previously that these "faults" had names)

All of you too might have come across these faults. You come across toddlers, or well, even teenagers, purposely doing the exact opposite of what is told to them. Or everyone knows that gamblers are addicted easily. The reason being, they don't easily want to let go of the money that they have "invested" in gambling. Mob mentality is a well known topic, where people succumb to peer pressure. When one knows, that he/she is being watched by someone, the behaviour of that person changes significantly.

All these things mentioned above are categorised as various faults of the human thought. If you think about it, these faults can be easily overcome. The problem is that the common man is not aware that he is making these faults in his day to day life.

Do read the article that made me write this post. It is very interesting. The link is given below:
